Indeed you do; you forgot it again.
AcceptedRules:
§1 This is a counting game, as well as a game of Nomic.
§2 Players may make one motion to change the rules per post.
§3 Motions are decided by the next player who posts. They can either be accepted or denied.
§4 If a motion is accepted, the rules have to be updated in that post.
§5 Double Posting is forbidden.
§6 Counting shall be in base ten, multiplying by the incremental value each post. That is, N=n*i, where N is the next post's number, n is the current one's, and i is the incremental value. If the post count is odd(OP does not count), 1 is added to the resulting number. The incremental value [for counting] shall be incremented by one+i(square root of -1) per post.
§7 Any time in this thread the forum games section of the xkcd forums is mentioned, it shall be referred to as the nomic games forum.
§8 The number you post is also the number of kittens you possess at that moment.
§9 A player must increase the number they post by 5i if they accept a motion in that post.
§10 If possible, correct commas should be added to the final number of each post for the sake of conventional readability.
I motion that if the postnumber is divisible by 10, the number should replaced by the digit sum of the previous post instead of applying rule 6 (although the incremental value does increase as stated there). The digit sum should be taken separately for real and imaginary parts of the numberPost number: 14 (this is not included the first post)
Current incremental value: 14+4i
