So instead of creating a new thread every time something crosses through your head (which you are all very inclined to do, from what I've noticed), I thought we'd have a thread here for random thoughts so that a whole lot of space isn't wasted on pointless threads.

I'll start!

I really hope that moving to NC in February works out, because I can not spend the rest of my life in this shit town.

Good idea for a thread.

...I was going to start a thread about 'fears'. What are people scared of/for?
I'm scared of dying; of growing old; of losing the ones I love.
I'm fairly certain there is already a thread about this. Search function ftw.

...Also, why the hell is my sneeze so retarded? Everyone always laughs.

We now have a thread that reduces the total number of threads, but will inevitably end up with a HUGE number of pages.

Do you know what? It's better this way. For real.

I really wish I had the guts to tell my Legal Studies teacher to shove it, tell her that I am not coming to classes for the next month so that I can teach myself the entirety of the course, because I seriously have not learnt anything in that class for months.

I was so close to doing that today, and chickened out, I am such a goody goody.

Moving to NC = Greater Charlotte area, I assume?

Or are you assuming that you can live in my second bedroom?
Or are you assuming that you can live in my bedroom? 'Cause that might get awkward.

Yessir, I do believe so.

Oh man Jodge, you live in NC! Oh man. I didn't even remember this whilst making my plans. We're going to be buddies. You know, when we can manage it. On the weekends, maybe. Unless you are willing to let me live in your second bedroom for free. In which case, we will be living in the same house. But not in the same bedroom. Your lady might not like that.

Wait, wait, I'm moving to go live with my best friend (that is the entire reason I'm moving to NC and not California!) and so I can't come live in your second bedroom, Jodge. I'm sorry. Maybe I will come hang out sometimes and cook you things. Or something.

Shit Town = Summerville, SC. Not necessarily the worst of towns by any means, it's actually pretty nice to visit and hang out in for a bit, but after having lived here my entire life I'm pretty much done with it. It is a bit to do with the fact that I spent a pretty terrible childhood 'round these here parts and being here reminds me of that even though things are infinitely better right now and will probably only continue to improve. A bit of it is because it has quite a few close-minded, racist, stupid rednecks (no offense to the close-minded, racist, stupid, redneck people on the fora) and I just don't really want to have to deal with them. And part of it is to do with the fact that it is just plain boring by now.

Esther! I'm sorry you cut yourself. =[ Will it effect your ability to play oboe? (I've always wondered whether or not getting cuts like that will mess up someone's instrument-playing skills. I've never been in that situation before. Although one time I got fake nails and could not play my flute until I took them off. That sucked.)

Nah, it's not going to affect my oboing. The cut might start bleeding again if I bend my knuckle wrong, or something, but it's stopped at the moment and doesn't seem to be hindering movement.
It wasn't that bad of a cut, it was just bleeding a lot.

Cuts can sometimes mess with playing, I guess, but it would only be a concern if you sliced open a tendon, or couldn't bend your fingers or something. Bandaids-on-fingertips make it hard to completely cover toneholes, though.
I'm not emo, I'm oboe.

Yeah, I wasn't trying to stalk (what's the point? lol). I've found someone's home country/town makes good stories since it usually involves a lot of love/hate, which is really amusing.

Suspend yourself in a viscous liquid? It'd be difficult to get the car/subway to killing speed, but it could probably be done with enough of *chosen liquid*.
