batch save embedded file in word 2010

Postby Jusla » Fri Jun 16, 2017 8:43 am UTC

I receive a word document with a lot of embedded file in it. For example, excel file, word file, ppt file. Now I have to open it and then save it one by one. Is there any quick way to batch save them all into my computer?

Thanks in advance.

If it's a .docx file, you can rename it to .zip, unzip it with a zip program, and find the embedded files in the word/embeddings folder inside.

Yes. And if wishes were horses, wishing wells would fill up very quickly with drowned horses.
