Maybe it’s recursive?
Like, it started out as just a slight frown, and viewing that frown caused a little bit of unhappiness, which produced a slightly larger frown, and the feedback loop took it all the way to a stable fixed point?

I have discovered the pinnacle of human innovation: CARGO SWEATSHORTS.

Re: Post your boat race.
The internet at my uni is really slow. For while there I was wondering if I was ever going to get to see the cargo sweatshorts.

Re: Post your boat race.
I found them at Ross. They're made by a brand called i7 Apparel, but I couldn't find these particular shorts online. I regret not buying both of the pairs I saw at Ross when I was there. I might go back tomorrow and look for the other pair. They are insanely comfortable.
If I had the money to just splurge with, I would love to try at least one pair of Betabrand's sweat pant dress pants. But they're like $100 per pair, so... that's not happening for a while.

Why not buy normal sweatpants and shorten them?

I've never seen sweatpants with cargo pant pockets before.

Re: Post your boat race.
Yes, that is a bit harder to add. I misread the comment as short sweatpants.
I never really saw the point of cargo pockets as I find it really irritating if there is more than a map or similar piece of paper in them. Something like a screwdriver keeps banging against your leg with every step.
I always saw them more like a skater style fashion thing and fashion and sweatpants don't really mix.

I wear cargo shorts whenever I'm out hiking, or on a photography trip (at least in warm weather). Cargo pockets are indeed not great for heavy stuff - but lens cleaning gear, lens caps, lightweight pancake lenses, maps and route descriptions all fit in them perfectly. I very rarely have empty cargo pockets when I'm wearing them.

I have one of those lacy upper portion garments, mine's a dress. I second the cute clothing comment. Did you graduate?

Hudson river. They put us on a boat and motored two hours down and then back. Much booze was consumed and everybody had a blast. Graduation is Saturday.

I like it. I can't work out how people put stuff that close to their eyes without freaking out, but it suits you.
