I think it is funny.
It may be a history.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1QZq-wKaBWc
It is a Folk Song. It is a song that was built for Voices to Share.
For me, that is its highest value.

Imagine two groups of people walking on a trail.
It is a long way from Here to There.
The people begin to sing.

That Song was in The Air. Everyone knew it or had heard it.
They begin to sing. It is a fun way to pass the time.

They heard a sound. It is their song coming toward them.
Can you imagine two groups singing one song?
So, funny. Is it a Peace song. Best saved for days of Peace?

If we have never heard the song, Then it is very easy to pick up.
Folk songs are That Way. Correct.

The Red River Valley is another one people sing and don't think about When I came from.
Poor Jhon Dullie. I listened to an argument about Jhon Dullie.

The Father was teaching the children Jhon Dullie.
The Mother said, "Please, do not teach my children a song of Murder."

The Grandmother taught it to them while they were working in the Garden.
The mom learned the song. So, weird. It is a way to keep track of the children in the garden.

If they are making noise, they are fine. It is when a child gets quiet, one must worry about What are they Doing?
What is The Big Secret? Do you worry? Do you know about Jhon Dullie?
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sZYjc57V55U

It seems his name was Tom. It is right and proper that humans sing together.
Does it really matter what they sing? Little kids singing that one is weird.
They have a great time with it. Most don't know the words.

It's like Danny Boy. No one knows the words.
Someone does. Not little kids.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nLl9k6tHCM8

See?

In the movie MIB, one charter states he has had to replace The White Album with each advancement of technology.
This is my White Album. I have replaced it with each lurch forward.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xwiBsNzO2HU

It is simply a voice. The voice of a talented woman.
I have learned that I did not understand much of the music.

I listen to some of Lenard Choen's work and think, "Really? ok. I did not understand the words. I liked the tune."
Life is, just, an exchange of electrons; It is up to us to give it meaning.

We are all in The Gutter.
Some of us see The Gutter.
Some of us see The Stars.

Just finished spumwack's minecraft Terra Firma LP's, which was modestly entertaining if sadly anticlimactic. Anyone have any recommendations for Let's Plays?

We have all heard of Catholic Guilt.
I don't really understand it.

Protestant Guilt I understand.
I sang that song and felt Guilty for asking the Universe to let me be first. Next?

It is not so far from What we are doing now to Peace. Is it?
It may only be a sweet dream. Still; It is as real as a video game.

Once in a great while it seems as real as a video game.
When those young people raise their well disciplined voices it seems so natural.

It IS natural.
The way an athlete is an act of God or Nature with a great deal of forethought and dedication thrown in for fun.

Watched a Persona 4 Let's Play recently. Skipped over some repetitive parts. Edits out repeat battles. Enjoyed it overall.

Viewed The Last of Us and The Walking Dead Let's Plays from Yogscast. Contains horror elements, however.

Favors minigames over long series for Minecraft. Hops around channels.

Visits Cupquake occasionally for assorted games. Enjoys her creative videos more, though. Baked Steve/Herobrine and Creeper cookies, crafted a Diamond Sword, and created a Melon Cake.

YouTube is amazing.
I know from trees and I did not know some of that.
Heroes? Do you see the fuzzy haired white guy.
My Hero. One of many. That one is alive. yey.
----------I hope? he is just a guy.-----------

Maybe, all the, really, smart people always knew.
I didn't.

I did know, "The trees are Creating Weather."

I would watch it. The trees creating weather.
Anyone can see it.

Not blind people. Blind people can feel it.
The air fills with water. Under the trees the air is quieter than out in the open.
In so many ways it is quieter. -fifteen atmospheres? I don't know about that, still.

How do they know and who cares? Trees don't suck!
Hey! That is great news! Some one proved it!
Trees don't Suck!

Some people looked at the trees and said, "Trees Suck."
So much Science stuff sucks. I thought it was a good guess.

It's not true. I am pleased to know. Trees don't suck.
I don't really understand it. Don't have to. I'm not a Tree.

This thread began with the following sentence.
Official video thread. Please post links and discussion here, so as to avoid a proliferation of such threads. Thank you.
Do you want to discuss that YouTube video?

It is not unusual for human beings to want to discuss death.
I only studied it exclusively for two terms at University.
I studied it a long time ago. Do you think much has changed?

I learned something recently. Well; Recent to me.
The little movie was one way to begin some important human conversations.
The little movie was tastefully done. There is some good news.

Some of the movies people are watching,
Some of the games people are playing,
Some of the day-to-day entertainments, of The People are less than tasteful.

What part of that movie was interesting to you?
Of course, I can tell you what I found interesting and frightening.

Spoiler:
That woman was who the character wanted to talk to.
She was, kind of, creepy.

How fucked up was The System?
He could call That Bitch on the Planet surface, but he could not call his buddies.
His buddies were able to Yell. "Give us Five Minutes."

He heard that. I did.
Then he called the Woman.
I understand why he called her, I suppose.
Do you? Explain it to me.

Do you remember The Calls?
Do you think some one like the US government can reach out and intercept any conversation on the planet?
Have you ever had, "The Last Call" ?

I did.
What did you say?
DId you know it was "The Last Call" ?
I did.

Aerials of one of the Areas over by Area 51.
The commentary is silly.
The photos seem to be pretty good.

Some of the photos look like that Monkey in South America.
Gee. Humans leave patterns on the ground that can be seen from The Air.
Imagine. Why would 'They' do that?

Some of the craters are interesting.
The one at 9:19 has a beautiful curved artifact from the Curling Heat.

That is what it looks like to me. The arc is so pleasing to the eye.
The heat did what heat does. It rises. It rises and curls. For many reasons.

We do not need to know Why. It is knowable. It it the way FireStorms, Hurricanes, Tornados, and Whirlpools work.
A Deadly Force and Pretty, too. Don't be afraid. It can't get you.

This one is my personal Favorite. You may like Justin Beaver. You may like those Mean Bitches from The Jersey Girls.
I like the Tzar. Long time gone. It is so great we have a photo of it.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wyFbJ_zeywQ

Please turn the Audio off. The music is scary.
The loveliest of all. The biggest, too.
*******
Gee. I find such silly stuff on the internet and YouTube.
This is so interesting. I would love to redo the project.

Another thing I will not do for myself, alone.
From what I understand a map of the planet is Sacrificed.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7kL7qDeI05U

After the dedication. A person or group of people cut out the land masses.
Oooops. That group of people needs Two maps.

When a piece is cut out it must be put on the Other Map.
I am not good at puzzles.

If handed a stack of cut out landmasses; Who knows What I would do with it?
The group can then slide the pieces together. How well do the land masses fit?

Because it’s quantum not classical
Nonrenormalizable
Any way you quantize
You’ll encounter infinity
You see
Quanta

Via paths we understand
Using Feynman diagrams
Often, they will just rebound
But now and then they go another way

Infinities will make you cry
Unless you can renormalize your model
Of baryons, fermions
And all other states of matter
Curved space:

But these infinities are real
In a many-body
Loop diagram
Our results diverge no matter what we do…
A Quantum Soup (any way you quantize)
Kiss your fields goodbye
Guess Einstein’s theory wasn’t complete at all!
I see extended 1-D objects with no mass
What’s their use? What’s their use? Can they give us quark plasma?

Weird. It got my attention for a few moments.

It's nice Cyber has a lot of Space.

What? Is it in the air?

No. It is not in the air. We see shapes in the clouds.
Can you unsee it?

It is between our ears, not between our legs.
Sure looks like between somebody's legs.
It is not. It is plant weirdness. Independent of us.

Funny? Is it funny? Or; Is it porny?

Light does not float. Does it?
In the film the light is animated as floating.
Light goes every direction until spent. right?

Like the ten commandments. "Light is a particle and a wave."
Goodie for light. Can it float?

Nature abhors a vacuum. No culture? The movie, TV and Computer screens have one for cheep.

I am Grumpy after first hand experience.
A very nice person explained the Dark Ages to me. Mid-Evil, DarkAges I did not like the idea.

He explained,
"It was a raw and mean time for some, even for many.
It was a time of great peace and prosperity for others."

Like all other times; I suppose.

Lyrics in spoiler :)
Spoiler:
A Capella Science – Bohemian Gravity!
Is string theory right?
Is it just fantasy?
Caught in the landscape,
Out of touch with reality
Compactified
On S5 or T*S3
Space is a pure void
Why should it be stringy?
Because it’s quantum not classical
Nonrenormalizable
Any way you quantize
You’ll encounter infinity
You see
Quanta
Must interact
Via paths we understand
Using Feynman diagrams
Often, they will just rebound
But now and then they go another way
A quantum
Loooooop
Infinities will make you cry
Unless you can renormalize your model
Of baryons, fermions
And all other states of matter
Curved space:
The graviton
Can be thought of as a field
But these infinities are real
In a many-body
Loop diagram
Our results diverge no matter what we do…
A Quantum Soup (any way you quantize)
Kiss your fields goodbye
Guess Einstein’s theory wasn’t complete at all!
I see extended 1-D objects with no mass
What’s their use? What’s their use? Can they give us quark plasma?
What to minimize?
What functional describes this
String?
Nambu-Goto! (Nambu-Goto)
Nambu-Goto! (Nambu-Goto)
How to quantize I don’t know
Polyakov!
I’m just a worldsheet, please minimize me
He’s just a worldsheet from a string theory
Reperametrized by a Weyl symmetry!
Fermi, Bose, open, closed, orientable?
Vibrations
Modes! They become particles (particles!)
Vibrations
They become particles (particles!)
Vibrations
They become particles (particles!)
Become particles (particles!)
Become particles (many many many many particle…)
Modes modes modes modes modes modes modes!
Oh mamma mia mamma mia,
Such a sea of particles!
A tachyon, with a dilaton and gravity-vity-VITY
(rock out!)
Now we need ten dimensions and I’ll tell you why
(anomaly cancellation!)
So to get down to 4D we compactify!
Oh, Kahler!
(Kahler manifold)
Manifolds must be Kahler!
(Complex Reimannian symplectic form)
If we wanna preserve
Any of our super-symmetry
(Superstrings of type I, IIa and IIb)
(Heterotic O and Heterotic E)
(All are one through S and T duality)
(Thank you Ed Witten for that superstring revolution and your new M-theory!)
(Maldecena!)
(Super-Yang-Mills!)
(Type IIB String!)
Dual! Dual!
(In the AdS/CFT)
(Holography!)
Molecules and atoms
Light and energy
Time and space and matter
All from one united
Theory
Any way you quantize…

One of the best clips from the Daily Show ever. They got a GOP official to basically admit to being racist, as well as saying that the changes to the voting system were to prevent democrat votes.

Apparently he resigned the next day.

If anyone here isn't aware of Pentatonix, their recent release is pretty boss IMHO.

It is so easy.
It is messier than that guy makes it sound like it is.

He recommends an napkin.
I recommend being careful.

When that fails have, gloves, a roll of paper towels, a bucket and loads and loads of water.

So easy. So messy. I like it.

This guy is funny.
Some of the stuff he says is about Internet Culture.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=j_SjhcdF_J4

The other stuff is true. Most of it. Those kneecaps have been relabeled. right?
What he says is funny. The way he says it is funny. It's Art! (with a purpose.)

The purpose? To Expose The Bat.
They exposed themselves. Someone else took the picture.
Then someone else made fun of the wildlife. (charming, Nancy.)

To judge other life forms by the standards we have for one another,
is fun on a good day and dangerous on most other days.

I might like you.
I do not like your music.

People pay to listen to that? oh.
How much does it cost to not listen to it?

Lawn mower sounds are more melodious.
There is a rhythm to them. And; Most are not on an endless loop.

I do that with music, too. I would think my machine was broken.
I did one time. I was listening to what I thought was music.
Someone else turned on what he thought was music.

I thought the machine was broken. I did an emergency shut down.
It is simply a matter of taste. What rhythm do you want your soul bouncing to, today?

It is nice that you can read my words and do not have to hear my world.

Does the music you listen to color the way you treat me?

Does your internal soundtrack effect me?

No music at all is nice in some situations.
What do you think? I think it is a bridge that was built for trains.

The underpart of that bridge may be very well built.
I might not want to drive across it. I'll walk. You?
