I'll start off with: cardboard boxes. I have too many of them. I keep them around because I know I'm going to move to a new flat eventually and will need them, but they take up loads of room.

Going back to the OP, are you storing them flat or made up?

Tables, lots of tables, 4 large tables.

They can be useful, but largely they're just inconvinent; luckily, one of our ex-housemates needs to furnish his new flat...

Kidney disease. Hypoglycemia. The very early stages of rheumatoid arthritis (still vanishes when I exercise and eat right). Insomnia. Anxiety. Depression. Flat feet. And yes, still the monthly bouts of pimples.

(To balance all that negativity, I also have: good friends, some talents I like to use, brain cells that still work, a decent job, a nice new suit, and an upcoming quiet Christmas that I'm looking forward to. :) )

Incredibly pliable hair... paired with inability to take showers in the morning to to people living under the same roof objecting strongly.
So I take a shower, shampoo, go to bed and wake up with a giant mess on my head.

I feel like there should be a revival of the xkcd gift exchange that was started back in the Spring, except we can trade the items we don't want but have. Except, a lot of these things people are listing that's not possible to do.

Umm...I have a few extra pounds, and too many rabbits.

I thought you had lots of interest in your rabbits? Didn't pan out?

EDIT: About gifting unwanted-but-useful things - I think it's a good idea, but nobody seems to like classic english novels.
