It is here. Sorta. Actually, it should be counter-clockwise, as traffic defaults TO the right, not from the right (That is, if you and another vehicle approach a 4 way intersection and stop at the same time, the car on the right goes first. If there is no car on the right, then the car going straight goes first if the other car is turning across the oncoming lane, otherwise they both go at the same time.) but most stop signs and such end up being clockwise for some wacky reason.
Also, we view Roundabouts as demonic voodoo and do our best to not only never build them, but when we're forced to do so we put them on roads seldom used that are then bypassed by the locals as it's "too confusing". Or we make them safe by putting stoplights on them.
So we have an uncountably large number of 4 way intersections, a surprising number of 5 way intersections
