Java curve fitting application

Postby robzy » Sun Oct 17, 2010 6:13 am UTC

So a little while ago I found a nifty Java application that will take a set of data points and spend a good long while trying to find the best fitting equation for it. It had a bunch of different equations to choose from, combine, and modify, and tended to do a pretty good job.

At the time it was just a bit of a gimmick to me, but now I've come across something where I could actually use it, but can't find it again. I've probably formatted since I last used it, and while I probably have it sitting on a hard disk somewhere I can't remember what it's called so I can't find it.

Would anyone happen to know what/where it is?
