I stumbled across this site:

(It was the eighth Google search result for "xkcd mod madness simulator")
It's quite obviously a fake server impersonating the xkcd forums, with spam outgoing links.
Just thought I'd let you know about this, even though it's unlikely that anything can be done about it.
