Re: Sleep-time holodeck experiences

I dreamed my head was wrapped tightly in two layers of thick, colorful shrink wrap. There was a 3 mm hole in each layer, aligned to allow gasses to escape. I was warned that, if these became plugged, there would be an explosion...not sure if it was the plastic or my head that would explode.

Okay, yes, I was exaggerating for effect. But there seems to be an assumption here that the crook will be waiting at home for the police to arrive and snap him up. It'll go more like this: when the officer arrives at the location, he will find an empty room. The room will have been rented in cash, a...

My dream centered around my use of my fancy-dandy hair remover. (This is the one with the remote control, that you don't dare lose because of you don't have it, you can't control the hair remover.) Initially hilarious until you start trying to understand why Cruz thought posting this video would be a vote winner. That is, to put it mildly, b*******. I grew up on salads grown in a cow manure fertilized garden. When you plow the cow manure into the soil before planting, what's grown on it (lettuce) or in it (carrots) is no more hazardous than anything else growing on/in dirt. Just has to be washed, like anythi...

Charities are prone to abuses , which are often hidden behind a lack of transparency. DAF's are kind of like the ultimate in lack of transparency, leading to suspicions that the money really isn't really going to charity, but back into the donor's pocket, or perhaps to a PAC. If it is, and I'm not s...
