Update: Restored my system from a past "save point", and FINALLY, the mouse is working again. Except that SetPoint gives me an error message every time I boot. Will fix that tomorrow. Still no idea what was wrong - the mouse worked perfectly well on sb else's computer, and their mouse (Log...

Cannot get usb wireless mouse to work.

Hello there. I've got this weird usb problem which I can't solve with google-fu. A few days ago, I hooked a new external harddrive up to my laptop (Win XP), via USB Hub (hub has its own power supply). This caused the wireless usb mouse to go haywire, with slower movement, klicking only when it wante...

Edit: It makes me wonder Is the Rory that got married an auton or human with the memories of being an auton? I'm very sure that he's human. After all, he never got killed, the alliance never happened, and thus he never got turned into an Auton. It's all in their heads... (Also, imag...

Yeah, Rory's death/erasure was far too random to be permanent. I mean, wtf - the character had just started to actually go somewhere. Also it would be a cheap cop-out pandering to all the Amy/11 shippers. Off the top of my head: - So the scientist turned out to be a Good Guy, and suddenly nobod...

Yeah especially the bit about the moon. Isn't it fairly well established that the moon was there long before life got started on this planet? We don't know if all the Silurians think that way. It could just as well be that Alaya is just a racist, elitist bitch and that the rest of the Silurian society is a lot more forgiving. Kind of hoping for that to be the case - it would be funny if the Doctor talked to some Silurian leader-figur...

The comic/graphic novel is much, much darker and more complex; also, everything ends in Anarchy. They lightened it up a lot for the movie.
