Re: League of Legends

You get less. Much less. Up to about 150 for a win in a long game, less than 40 for a very quick win in a bot game. Losses are usually around 60-80 if I remember correctly. Taric is a fantastic support, as are Sona, Janna, and Soraka. Kayle not so much. She's generally played as a carry that happens...

Re: [SAFESPACE] LGBTIQQA Thread - Queer Support!

Tell her repeatedly that you are okay with this. For me, it took my husband repeatedly telling me it's okay for him + me posting here and talking about it until I started to date women. Which was totally the right thing to do. Polyamory: You are thinking only of polies with two or more primary rela...

Re: [SAFESPACE] LGBTIQQA Thread - Queer Support!

Hey everyone. I have a question concerning polyamory and couldn't find much online/elsewhere in the thread so I figured I'd just ask and see what I get. I'm writing a paper concerning the ethics of polyamory and one objection that I have run across is the issue of children. To those of you involved ...

Re: Your last and next concert?

Roger Waters was absolutely amazing when I saw him in October. Less a concert, more an experience. It was simply fantastic. My next will be The Goo Goo Dolls (for the third time, my girlfriend loves them), followed by hopefully Streetlight Manifesto with Reel Big Fish and then maybe Porcupine Tree l...

Re: Road trip! Advice, destinations, discussion

Do you have a more complete itinerary? I did a pretty big road trip last summer and the most helpful thing was figuring out when we needed to leave each place to get to the next when things were actually open and we would have time to enjoy them. Knowing the number of days you can spend in each plac...

They were both not just out of college and she already had a professional reputation and didn't want to have to go through the trouble of making sure everyone knew who she was again. Re: Beer is proof that God loves us and wants us to be happy

I had some Dogfish Head 90 Minute IPA today. 3 to be exact. Unfortunately, I left the fourth at the house I was at and wasn't paying quite enough attention to the beer itself to be able to judge it other than it being dang tasty. Maybe if I can get that last one back I can give an accurate rating. M...

I just saw Streetlight in Cleveland last night. It was fanfuckingtastic. The opening bands were fairly meh, but the one got the crowd moshing like crazy, which carried over mostly into pushing towards the front once Streetlight finally came out. Being in the 2nd row from the front was awesome as hel...

For me, the class sizes were smaller, the professors better, and the material was generally more fast paced and advanced. For example, you could do an honors bio sequence in 2 classes, whereas the regular one took 3 classes to complete. They were supposed to be graded equally, but I had some that we...

I felt really bad for any Michigan fans, as well as the band at the game. Not only was it not an exciting game after the first half, but the 3 Michigan fans in my section were booed and yelled at the entire time, mostly by the few belligerently drunk fans, but still. And booing the band was totally ...

Hairy otter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 1 (Spoilers!)
