Re: Rant Thread (because we need more ranting)

I've always been good at procrastinating, but why can I suddenly not bring myself to do *anything* at all. I have school work that has to be done tonight. I'm moving out tomorrow and on monday I'm going to the US for two weeks, I don't have time to sit around doing nothing. Yet that's all I've done ...

Re: Go Away Dub Watchers: The Proper Anime Thread

Just finished Soul Eater, it was... pretty good I suppose. Most of the fights were great and the characters were interesting, but it could've done without some of the filler-type episodes. Excalibur was amusing the first time, not so much the third. As mentioned earlier, the ending was sort of antic...

They really should teach fuel-efficient driving in Driver's Ed. Fuel-efficient driving has been a mandatory part of Driver's Ed in Sweden since 2007, it's pretty neat. Also, mini-rant: I'm really curious which one of my room mates insists on dumping old food in the bags designated for paper/plastic...

4288 songs

Last.fm tells me I've listened to 30 songs/day since August 09, a bit misleading though since it doesn't take into account my iPod and there are periods I haven't had the scrobbler installed.

Fair enough, I probably read too much into your post. Still, I think the harm is bigger than you think, hence why some companies are considering moving over to making console-only games to escape some of the piracy. Actually, if it follows the same trends as music, then piracy increases sales. I do...

Plus if the companies were really losing money and not having a profit they would've stopped making games a long time ago. You'd have to be pretty naïve to believe that game developers are unharmed by piracy. Just because they make a profit, large or small, from their game doesn't mean it's okay to...
