Re: Tripling your IQ, yes or no?

Why would I want to triple my IQ, as a woman, isn't there a joke going on around that for every point increase in your IQ your chances to get laid decrease? I know it's serious business but from a personal standpoint, I wouldn't, I find that knowledge and genius either equates with 'alone' or 'menta...

Re: What does one do at a concert?

You choose not to go to concerts you don't like! I see people do loads of strange things, some "feel" the music in their own way, some just do 'the penguin' aka wobble to the music. I've stopped going to concerts of bands I didn't really want to see cause it made me feel awkward not knowin...

I think I've improved in the last year, not that I produce a lot of waste on my own but small things like turning off the light whenever I leave a room (which was the hardest bit for me to do), using a canvas shopper for groceries, recycling glass, cardboard and plastic etc. - found paper&cardbo...

It took me a long time to find a hairdresser I liked... then I moved half the country away to uni! hohooo, Manchester too is miles away from London :( Apart from the occasional £40 or more for a train ticket I'd have to spend some extra £70 for a haircut. This sum might sound absurd but I've been t...

Um, I suppose the weight gain could be a factor if nothing else suggests that you'd be pregnant. I know it's not accurate but maybe it's a feeling, like some people say they found their true love and such, y'know, that kind of thing. I wouldn't vouch for it as I've never been pregnant or had any maj...

I sympathise with the OP, I feel the same. Whenever I'm not doing something, learning new things or talking to one and just wasting time it feels like being stuck in a rut. Absolutely shameful. I'd get a tattoo for an engagement 'ring' even though I'd like a ring personally. What ring is of no importance to me as someone's love doesn't stand in a piece of diamond. Saying 'faggot' here will get you a cigarette. I find people are very offended by the 'c' word. I have a mug that reads "being a c*nt is a lifestyle" and it makes a lot of people blush. Like oh no, how rude! You'll cause a great deal of offence here if you do. And the 'n' word isn't as pop...

Here goes!

My location: London. Yes it says Manchester on the left but I didn't pick up the local accent. No comments on pronunciation, I just found the sentences a bit strange :) And I sound like I have a very high-pitched voice which I don't in real life.
