Re: Run command before mounting filesystems under systemd

I think it is. It doesn't crash, it just hangs there for 90 seconds until it times out. Running the service file manually does the same thing.

I put it in fstab because it seemed like the most practical place to put it, hehe. If all else fails I'll move things elsewhere.

Run command before mounting filesystems under systemd

PREAMBLE: fuck systemd for making running a single command (!!!) during boot time be this painful. I dual boot Windows and Linux, and have an NTFS partition that is spread across two disk partitions, which I set up using Windows' Dynamic Disks functionality. I can access this dynamic volume under li...

Re: [SAFESPACE] Woman Thread - All Things Women. Period.

Non-woman here, seeking advice: a friend of mine had to use the morning-after pill this past Sunday, and she's concerned about her appetite, which has grown a lot in the past few days. Is this a possible side-effect? She's been mad worried about it.

Saturday I went to the Gotthard/HammerFall/Edguy show in Porto Alegre. We got to the venue at 6:20 AM; there were five people ahead of us. There was a dude there that wasn’t going to the show, he was simply preaching us the gospel of the Horde (seriously! he DID NOT SHUT UP about the Horde until he ...

I have a question regarding public sector employment. How are public servants hired in your country? Do they go through the standard private-sector style resumé submission followed by interviews? Here in Brazil, the government and state-run companies hire through public examinations; they generally ...

Re: Kerbal Space Program

I have no idea how you guys manage to do 1000+ in-game-days-long missions. I don't have the heart to leave my kerbals stranded in a tiny capsule for that long. My last big project was back in 0.18.1: a somewhat large ship assembled in orbit over 7 launches called the Prometheus. Each ship module was...

It really irks me that the website equates black metal with death metal. Death metal bands not from scandinavian countries generally don't have nordic-inspired names and generally don't subscribe to the paganist/nordic ideologies, mythologies and image.

Re: Dota 2 : Dota Harder

I think cast animations, turn rates and different attack animations for each hero add quite a lot of depth to the game. I do not think it makes the game any less enjoyable, though.

Also, can we not get into the "which game takes the most skill" debate? It always ends in tears and rage...

I'm curious about what the item will be, since we've already got a courier. Maybe a ward? By the way, u...

As far as mandates go this isn't actually THAT painful, even more so if you use macros to designate and build the bedrooms. Dwarves are scarily fast at doing things, or at least they were while I was playing.

It's actually possible now to dock your spacecraft to other spacecraft in orbit. That's a feature that was added in the latest version, 0.18. That's definitely a task that rewards patience, and I've not yet attempted it myself. I'd say it takes even more finesse than landing on another planet. Woah...
