Re: Once Upon A Time...What?

I am not enjoying the 3 month break. I hope rumple comes back. We didn't get a dead body so fingers crossed. I think if he comes back as a relatively good guy then he can't have his powers anymore because you can't be smart and powerful good guy. At least if heroes ever taught me anything. If there ...

Season 4 has started.
It doesn't have the same intensity it used to have but I have to say it was better than I expected. I enjoyed the episode.

Re: Once Upon A Time...What?

I really enjoyed the season opener.

...so I am guessing we finally got a shot of Rumples kid in the open, but who sent him the postcard?

I appreciated that Henry finally showed Regina a little bit of caring. He's always been my least favorite character, that being among the reasons.

Fair enough, thanks for the link. Seems a lot of other people thought it was Abed's timeline as well, especially given how shocked Shirley was in the Abed timeline.

I'm pretty sure the no-diceroll timeline had been previously established as the Prime Timeline. Everybody groans when Pierce brings up the Eartha Kitt story, indicating that they've heard it before. Shirley's reference to Britta's "marijuana lighter" was actually in the episode *before* R...

I thought the episode was really good. The entire group going through the 5 stages of grief. I think Annie's was my favorite riot inciting speech, followed by Pierce. I like that the ep is to-be-continued. What I didn't care for is them saying the timeline they were in was the one where Jeff didn't ...

I didn't love the last episode, I feel like Abed's always been entirely self-sufficient, capable of living, etc. this half of this season seems to be out to make Abed less functional, which I feel basically contradicts who he's been up until now. I don't know. I understand that people shouldn't nee...

Re: The Great Recommendation Thread (Movie, TV, Anime, Carto

See if you can get the four episodes of Dirk Gently that were recently shown on BBC4 in the UK. He's a private detective unrelated to the police and Steven Mangan nicely brings Douglas Adams' character to life I thought. I'm going to recommend Lost Girl. It's a Canadian show with a succubus as a ma...

Re: The Great Recommendation Thread (Movie, TV, Anime, Carto

I'm looking for a fun whimsical detective show. Preferably where the detectives aren't in the police force it makes them less constrained. The shows don't have to be particularly amazing or without annoying plot holes as long as the plot holes dont completely ruin the show. Shows I have seen and wan...
