Re: Portal 2 : Princess No-Knees 3 : Jump Harder

Well crap will always outsell quality (sorry to any COD fans) It's the same in movies, tv, music as well But the thing is do the people who really put their hearts out and create something compelling and engaging for those looking for something more make enough money to keep doing what they're doing...

Re: Portal 2 : Princess No-Knees 3 : Jump Harder

The level design of this game is beyond genius! The writing as well! This game is one of the best games I've played in my life... Further on, it proves that a game doesn't have to be mindless to be succesful! I don't know if this game sells like crazy, I'm pretty sure it doesn't sell as much as COD ...

Yeah they charge it 50 Euros (65$) for a european download, while the retail version on amazon costs 35 Euros

Strange that it's cheaper to buy it in the US since it's sold on the internet...

Re: The Witcher 2: Assassins of Kings

I've been really waiting for this one!

Quick question though

Isn't it very strange that downloading the game is more expensive than buying the DVD?

I mean, surely distribution and printing costs are avoided, and it's downloaded through G.o.g. which belongs to the same company that makes the game!

Yeah you can skip the tracks and yes we're going to add more content to the site! It's still under construction, that's just the music player.

I've added some songs to Last.Fm but I'm not sure how much of it is played. Stereomood worked much better for that kind of thing...

Somewhat in the same vein of the above poster, but I fear this may be a tough one :) I'm looking for a RPG that has little grinding, few but challenging fights and decent game mechanics. Repeated encounters with easily destroyed enemies is my biggest turn off in RPGs... I feel like it's my own life...

I was referring mostly to the first dragon age and to the general storyline known to me from the previews, as well as the complete lack of story in the demo. Well, out of curiosity for one, since western RPGs don't usualy have turn based combat.

And because JRPG storylines aren't usualy to my tastes...
